Experienced Training, Consulting, and Keynote Speaking 

Pellegrino and Czepiel Consultants conduct law enforcement, lawyer, and organizational training and consulting services.  Both Co-Founders, Michael Pellegrino and Rob Czepiel spend their careers in law enforcement before retiring in 2020 and 2021.

Mike was a Police Officer for the Township of Ewing, New Jersey. During his career, he served as a School Resource Officer, Second Vice President of the State PBA, and Mercer County Chief Resilience Officer. Mike has received awards and recognition during his career, which included rescuing a citizen from a burning vehicle.

Rob Czepiel retired as a deputy director and assistant attorney general for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.  Rob was a career prosecutor serving both at the Division of Criminal Justice and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.  In the lawyer and law enforcement training field, Rob served as counsel to the Police Training Commission, rewrote the training course manuals for the PTC-certified BCPO (Basic Course for Police Officers) and BCI (Basic Course for Investigators).  Rob was a PTC-certified instructor at the DCJ Academy in Sea Girt teaching numerous legal and use of force courses.  Rob was also in charge of overseeing the CLEAR Institute, Top Gun, UNIT, and DELTA courses and created numerous state-wide mandatory courses.  Rob was also a faculty member of the Attorney General's Advocacy Institute and has taught numerous legal courses to prosecutors in the state on trials, policies, attorney general directives, laws, and search and seizure.  Rob was also the subject matter expert on the use of force and taught numerous courses.  For over 15 years, Rob has been an Adjunct Professor at Law at Delaware Law School, teaching legal courses, and has also taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Rob has created and taught numerous certified lawyer CLE courses over his career.
