Pellegrino and Czepiel Consultants conduct law enforcement, lawyer, and organizational training and consulting services. Both Co-Founders, Michael Pellegrino and Rob Czepiel spend their careers in law enforcement before retiring in 2020 and 2021.

We offer professional training and consulting services that include compliance with existing state and federal requirements, writing policy and SOP's consistent with State and Federal requirements and law, and measuring and conducting organizational stress in a department or law firm with recommended actions to eliminate organizational stress.
